Deep interpretation of the high-efficiency lower limb force model of the top shooter

Why do the lower limbs on one side of the shooter do overall pronation when the top shooter shoots? They all have a common feature when shooting, the right side of the hip does internal rotation to the left, and at the same time drives the knee joint and ankle joint to internal rotation. This is because, in the hip flexion state, the action of hip internal rotation can quickly lengthen our posterior fascia chain and elongate the gluteus maximus. Compared with the action mode without internal rotation, it can output more power in the cardiac contraction stage. There are many players who do not have the overall pronation habit of the hip-knee-ankle linkage when shooting. When lowering the center of gravity, the knee flexion is deeper, the pedal and extension speed of the lower limbs is slower, and the lower limb force is inefficient. And there are many golfers whose lower limb force exists in the knee joint, the obvious inner buckle of the single joint, the knee joint valgus and the habit of the outer eight of the foot.
